Karen was amazing! She was able to confirm an express walk at the last minute and arrived right on time. Her communication was excellent, and she followed all my instructions perfectly. My dog is usually scared and timid around new people, but she warmed up to Karen so quickly, which really put me at ease. I ll definitely be booking her again!
