About the caregiver

I have been a dog owner for my entire adult life. I currently have had my two dogs since I was 19 (7 years). They are my world, and I have been part of my family through all my major life changes. Getting married, having kids, and moving across the country, my dogs were by my side the whole time. In all that time, I've come to learn just how important dogs are to a persons family. They deserve to be treated with love and respect, and I truly believe they have feelings just as much as we do. They're almost like children, in that they need lots of patience, understanding, and guidance. That being said, I also understand that they are animals that need to be handled in ways that only they can understand. I'm a firm believer in reading animal body language and tailoring they're handling to fit their needs. I will love and respect your pet as if it were my own as well as respect your wishes and requests when it comes to your beloved fur baby. I also currently own chickens and cats, and in the past, I have had fish, so I am comfortable with checking in and caring for those types of pets as well❤️
