About the caregiver

Hi! My name is Kate and I'm currently a student at Sacred Heart University. I'm also a member of the women's division 1 volleyball team, which means I love to stay active and work out. I enjoy hiking and being outside as much as I can, and I have a passion for animal care. I study animal cognition at Sacred Heart, and am currently researching long term memory in dogs! I grew up in a house with at least 3 or 4 dogs at all times, and I've learned a lot about how to take care of them and make sure they stay happy through that!
