About the caregiver

I grew up in Minnesota and my family always had large dogs. When we got our German Shepherd mix, I apprenticed with a local big breed trainer to learn how to handle all dog sizes without being scared or overwhelmed. In the past, I've lived with huskies, border collies, lab mixes,and malamutes. I currently own a sweet little labradoodle mix with a mind of her own and a LOT of anxiety. I'm used to handling aggressive, fearful, shy, nervous, anxious, or any other kind of animal. I also live with the sweetest rescue cat and am pleased to say that I've won him over after patient and thoughtful interactions.
