About the caregiver

I have three dogs of my own... a male Boxer (age 8), a male Dalmatian (age 3) and a female Dalmatian (age 4.5 months). I've raised each of them from pups and am well versed in potty training, crate training and basic obedience training. I also volunteer as a transporter and foster mom for two large rescue organizations in the state of FL. I actually rescued my youngest pup as a transporter. She was only supposed to be a temporary foster, but she stole all of our hearts in a mere few days, and she joined our family almost instantly! Like the saying goes, "she CHOSE us!" And we are so glad she did. She and I are working on her basic obedience with aspirations to get her into an agility program and hopefully set her up to be a therapy dog once she's an adult! In my spare time, I self study animal behavior and nutrition and am pondering a career change into animal health.I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available Sunday-Saturday from early morning to late evening and make my own hours. If you need last minute help, let me know! I am also a full time resident of Naples and own my home, so I am not going anywhere! I am new to Wag, so references are available upon request!
