We live in a complex with a park nearby. Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of our building. There is no elevator in our building, stairs only. I am comfortable and familiar with carrying small dogs up/down stairs if needed. I have 2 dogs of my own, 1 medium and 1 small and they are welcoming of new friends in their home. We take our dogs out 4x per day and try to get a solid walk in for them in the afternoon/evening. Our small dog is 17 years old, so we are familiar with adapting walks to her varying needs and can do so for your pup as well!
