Lucia really took the time to send me a detailed report card and beautiful pictures of my kitties when she dropped in. Available short-notice after I received a last minute cancellation from a family member, I knew my kitties were in very good hands with Lucia coming by as I have had her come before and have always been happy. Would definitely recommend :)
