About the caregiver
I absolutely love animals! So much so, I'm on my way to becoming a certified veterinary technician, currently working as a veterinary assistant. I've always been drawn to animals, having had them all my life. My passion for pet care started early—at 13, I ran a pet walking business in Dana Point, going door-to-door to walk my neighbors' dogs. With my background in veterinary care, I bring a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge to my pet sitting services. Working at an animal hospital has equipped me with the skills to handle a variety of situations, ensuring your pets are safe, happy, and well-cared for. I am proficient in administering medications, understanding behavioral cues, and providing immediate care for any health issues that may arise. My schedule is very consistent, with part-time hours mostly, making me available quite often. I would love to use my free time to walk your fur babies or even just cuddle them! Unfortunately, due to my apartment's strict rules, I can't keep pets at my place, but I would be delighted to care for them in the comfort of their own home. This also ensures they remain in a familiar and stress-free environment. What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my commitment to not only meeting the basic needs of your pets but also enhancing their overall well-being. As a veterinary assistant, I make and administer medications daily, so if your pet needs extra care, such as taking daily meds or just some extra love, you can count on me.
