About the caregiver

I have cared for dogs as little as 6 pounds, and as big as 200 pounds. I currently own a 3 year old English Mastiff, a 3 year old Great Dane rescue, and a 9 month old Great Dane rescue. I have trained all three of them through basic obedience programs, and have trained my mastiff in intermediate rally obedience and the AKC Canine Good Citizen program. My current mastiff, and my prior mastiff who passed away in October 2022, are both reactive towards other dogs. Long story short, I can hold back and correct 200 pounds on a leash! I have been working at a local dog daycare and boarding facility for 3 years, and I love it so much. I have my Associate’s degree in Accounting, but truly, there is nothing more I’d rather do for a career than spend time with dogs. I love dogs of all sizes and ages, and I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement-type training. I have a specific soft spot for big dogs, senior dogs, chubby dogs, and puppy dogs, but I truly do have so much love for them all. I’m so excited to get to know and love your furbabies!!!
