About the caregiver

I've come from a family that has had many pets and I've always loved learning about animals since I was young. [Dog Walking and Training Background] I've been a fan of animal behavioralist Victoria Stillwell since I was 6 and really like playing with, training, and treating dogs with respect and love. I used to walk dogs as a child as my first job and thought it would be a good way to incorporate my love of hiking and walking to share my adventures with other people's best friends ❤️ so they don't have to be couped up inside if their owners are busy. I believe man's best friend should have a good day each day. [Cat training/ background experience] I'm a cat dad with 1 orange Maine coon / Domestic Shorthair mix named Madison. He's a great best friend and study companion. I'm well aware of the behavioral patterns of feline companions and always willing to calmly approach sharing a book with your feline friend and letting them make the first move to approach me and find out that I'm a really calm and friendly person. I've managed to train cats to do tricks similar to dogs and engage them with play and puzzles to keep them actively engaged throughout the day as intelligent pets who deserve proper attention. I also research human grade recipes for my cat and will sometimes use my hone chef skills to cook nutritional meals for pets if needed
