About the caregiver

Not counting my personal pets, I have three years working at a boarding and daycare facility. As an assistant manager I was responsible for overseeing the care of 45-95 dogs a day as well as the other staff members responsible for their care. I ensured feeding and medication instructions were followed, conducted temperament tests, frequently communicated with pet parents, and actively strived to meet the individual needs of every dog under our care. I have cared for many rescue dogs through my time at the boarding facility as well as assisted and volunteered my services outside of the facility on occasion. I have shadowed and learned from multiple dog trainers as well as learned from the plethora of free educational content provided online.
