About the caregiver

My first dog Pepito, was my family dog from the time I was about 6 till 21. Next came Toby. He joined my mom and I when I was around 22, and when I moved out to an apartment, it was best that he stay home with my mom but he was part of the family for almost 15 years. As an adult I was blessed with my two fur babies, Tucker (the dad) and Tango (the son). I was lucky to raise them both from the time they were 10 weeks old until around 16-17 years old . Finally, I inherited Princess, (the sister of Tango) when my mother could no longer care for her. Princess came to live with me at just the right time, because only a few months later I would lose Tango. Princess filled a special void. Recently she at almost 18 years old, she crossed the rainbow Bridge. As you can see I whole- heartedly believe dogs are family members and deserve all the love and attention possible. In my human life, I am an elementary school reading teacher, so patience is a virtue that I truly embody. I'm a dog mom at heart!
