About the caregiver

Hello! My name is Skylar, I’m 21 years old and a recent cosmetology school graduate. Wag! Helps my to pay my bills and expenses while I build my clientele as an esthetician here in Columbus. I’ve grown up my whole life with multiple dogs at a time. These experiences with animals at such a young age created a life long love for all types of animals. Now that I’ve moved out and live on my own, I don’t currently have a dog, but I do own a cat!Wag! Also helps me to socialize with dogs, which is great for me because I deeply miss owning a dog. I would love to meet new pet parents and develop a friendship not only with you, but with your pets as well! :) The pictures I have included in my gallery are pictures of my current pet (cat), as well as a few of my previous pets (dogs and a few others). I have experience with lots of different animals (dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, hedgehogs, birds, hamsters) so if any other pets need taken care of in the household I would be happy to do so! I also have experience with giving medication (pills, ear drops, eye drops), due to previously having a chronically ill dog. I’ve completed a dog training class provided by Richardson K-9 that has given me knowledge into dog behavior regarding training, aggression, and behavior. Under my care, your best friends are in safe hands! PLEASE NOTE: For boardings I DO have a separate room for my cat (with a door), if your animal doesn’t do well with other animals! My cat does very well with other animals.
