Hey guys! My name is Spencer. I am a 33 year old dude from Encinitas, but have been living in my own downtown studio loft that doubles as my art studio. I have a three year old Terrier mix named Percy that you may have seen me out and about with him, or at the dog parks nearby, should you ever spend a decent amount of time in the downtown area. Dogs love me, and I have been around them my entire life. I know how important your canine companion is to you and I can assure you I will take the utmost care of them while on our outings. Even if your dog can be a challenge sometimes, I guarantee that I will be one of their best friends by the time we get back home. Downtown SD second floor studio loft with a balcony. ~ 1100 sq. ft. A bit less than half of it is taken up by my art studio. The rest is living area. Oh, and the building is an old baptist church from the 1800’s, complete with hardwood floors, pillars with crown molding, exposed sprinkler pipes across vaulted ceilings, weird full bath and a galley kitchen. It’s a very unique place and I absolutely love it. Some of the floor is uneven and a bit slanted in one spot too. That should give u the full scope of it. It’s definitely a bachelor pad, so I hung up a dart board, because it felt right at the time. Then it became this cliché and now it’s almost cringeworthy. Haha.
