About the caregiver

I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. Born and raised in Houston, I know how hot the summers can get so I understand the importance to make sure pups have plenty of water during and after walks. I’m personally a small person and have the best experience handling small dogs under 15 lbs. I treat my own dog like my son, and my neighbor (former roommate) dogs as they are my nephews. Like children, clean pups are always allowed on furniture. If a pup is boarded with me, it can be expected that they’ll share my bed with me at night (unless the pet parent specifies pup is to be crated). I’m very big on cleanliness therefore all pups will always have their paws, wee wee, and butts wiped (or washed off it was a muddy walk) after every walk upon entering the house. If your dog is dirty, I will have difficulties refraining from giving them a shower/bath before bedtime. Dogs boarded with me will likely be brushed. My son Ryder is a 2 y/o Toy Poodle that is fixed/neutered and weighs 6 lbs. If you want to board your pup but other dogs can’t be around, Ryder can stay next door with his auntie (my neighbor) and cousins.

Located near Oak Forest/Garden Oaks near 610 and Ella. Two-story townhouse with luxury vinyl plank and tile floors throughout. There are rugs in the living, dining and bedrooms. I have a +/-300 SQFT fenced backyard that is connected to my neighbors +/-300 SQFT fenced backyard. I moved into this house a few months ago and the couch I ordered still has not arrived yet so there’s plenty of space to run around in my living room. My home is best to board/daycare small pups under 40 lbs. My bed sheets where pups will sleep, curtains and furniture are mainly white or some light color therefore it’s imperative that I keep all pups clean so they are allowed on the furniture. All pups will have their paws and bums wiped after every single walk upon entering my house. There are several puzzle games and a slow feeder treat ball to keep them entertained. Pups can also have some iPad time if they enjoy playing Jolly Dog. I also have Disney+ for pups that watch TV. If you’re boarding your pup but other dogs can’t be in the home, Ryder can stay next door at his aunties (my neighbor) where he loves unlimited playtime with his cousins.
