About the caregiver

I am 20 years old, I was born and raised in Harlem. I am very outgoing and love working with all types of people and animals. I helped my mom walk dogs for her clients around the neighborhood since I was a kid. I went to a boarding school in Estes Park Colorado called Eagle Rock Professional Development Center. I applied during covid because I wasn’t doing that well in school in the city. This led to me starting my adult life 2 years later than my peers from the city. I graduated at 19 and I am just trying to get settled back into the city. If you have any kids that you know who aren’t doing well in school or may need a new environment I can set them up to become students at this school. The school is free and after graduation graduates are given access to a 15k scholarship towards education expenses. I lived in the mountains for about 3 years and gained a new perspective on life and I am forever grateful for the opportunity. I am very fit and will help make sure that your dog will get the most out of the walk. I love working out and pushing my body past its limits. I enjoy walking and staying healthy, so this job provides me with that while also making money. I am working towards becoming a Firefighter for the FDNY so walking a lot of miles and exercising is my main priority right now.
