Hi! I prefer to be called Izzy and I’m a lover of all types of animals. I grew up with rescue dogs. I’ve had a chihuahua for five years (died from old age), and a boxer/hound mix for the past 5 years, and I had two German shepherds. All were family dogs. I work from home so giving time and affection to anyone else’s furry friend is no problem. I balance schedules between Rover and Wag! I do have 1 cat of my own I can keep separate from your pet if you’d prefer. Please reach out to me as soon as you can if you have specific instructions on care steps, or routine. Ground level, 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious living room for pets to get comfortable in. Pull out couch I usually set up when I board pets at my house so to keep an eye on them in the common space. I’ll allow pets on couch but I’ll keep bedroom closed off if pets are to used to laying on furniture in their home. Will section off my cat with all her things in my bedroom if pet doesn’t get along with cats. I usually set pets things wherever pet feels most comfortable, by my bedside, by the couch, or somewhere in the living room. I’m home 90% of the time to keep an eye on your pet. The only time I leave the house is to run errands for less than 4 hours. When I do leave I have cameras set up in the house to keep an eye on things and I also have a cage if your pet is crate trained or even prefers to sleep in there, as some dogs do.
