The dog park offers benches for owners to sit on, two covered areas, water fountains for owners and dogs, agility equipment, and a walking path around the entire park. There is also a separate area of the park that owners can use as a designated training area. The park is open from dawn until dusk, but to get into the park, you must be a member and pay a fee.

Hiking is a great activity to do with your pup by your side, and luckily, Greeley has a trail the two of you can enjoy. The Poudre River Trail is 21-miles of hiking and trail exploring fun. All 21-miles of the trail are paved, making it easier on beginners. If you and Fido decide to extend your hike, this trail connects to the Larimer County's River Bluff's Open Space where you can continue to explore together. The trail includes informational signs about the many different historical sites you will see on the trail, just remember to bring water and clean-up bags with you.

The park also offers a few tables for owners to sit on, but there is not a lot of shade, so watch your dog in the hotter months. Don't forget your clean-up bags when visiting.
