There are also lots of furrific amenities for the whole family to use, including horseshoe pits, a Frisbee golf course, playground, volleyball courts and a tetherball court. There are also plenty of tables, pavilions and grills where you can relax and enjoy a treat!

Bamboo/ Orange Home

If you are looking for somewhere for breakfast or lunch, stop by Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner! Here you can tuck into some delicious breakfast burritos and sandwiches, as well as pancakes, waffles and burgers. Just as the name suggests, this place is also dog friendly, and you and your beloved companion can sit at one of the five outdoor tables. For a sweet treat, head to Kilwin’s Chocolates to enjoy some ice cream and chill out at one of the dog friendly tables outside. If you are visiting Wildwood and need a place to stay for the night with your pup, check in to the Motel 6. Here you are welcome to bring two pooches of any size for no additional fee! You can also enjoy comfortable accommodation at the Days Inn with two furry friends of any size for a small additional fee per night. If you have an RV and want to stop in Wildwood, there is the Villager RV Park where you can stop at and relax. Canines are welcome to explore the park, as long as they remain on leash.

Cherry Lake

Every pup loves a trip to the dog park, so don’t forget to swing round to the Brinson/Perry Dog Park when you are in town! This is a pawsome place for off-leash fun since it is all fenced in for safe play and exercise. There are separate areas for smaller pups and larger canines, and water is available for your panting pup. There are also waste bags in case you furgot your own. If you get hungry, head to Red Sauce with your pooch. Here you can enjoy Italian and American cuisine, and there are dog friendly tables outside. Sonny’s BBQ is also a great place to eat, and you can choose from BBQ pork, ribs, chicken and sausages to satisfy your appetite. Your pupper is welcome to join you for dinner at one of the three outdoor tables!

Bison Valley

If you are looking for some pawsome dog friendly places to try with your pooch, head north of Wildwood to the next door puptown of Oxford. Here you will find the puptastic Baskin-Robbins where you can relax and enjoy a tasty treat! You can enjoy some frozen delights, such as ice cream cones, with furrific flavors such as Cotton Candy, Rainbow Sherbet and Chocolate Almond. There is something on the menu to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth! The great thing is that you don’t have to leave your furry friend at home; your pup is welcome to join you at one of the outdoor tables while you enjoy your treat.

Polo Ridge

When your stomach starts to growl and you are looking for a dog friendly restaurant, jump in the car and head next door to the north of Wildwood to reach the Villages. This is a puptastic place to go for some food, as it is home to Crispers! This is a pawsome place that you and your pooch will love since there is a lovely covered outdoor patio where you can chill out and spend some quality time with your beloved companion. There is also delicious food you can get your paws into, including sandwiches, soups and fresh salads – bone-a-petit!
