If you love sweets for breakfast, then Richard Walker's Pancake House is the place for you and your Fido to visit, with a massive selection of pancakes, crepes, and Belgian waffles that will fully indulge your sweet tooth. Another great spot in Sarah's Grove to eat with your pup is Portillo's. This local favorite has amazing classics like the beef & sausage sandwich and twists on traditional dishes, like the Peasant Pasta.

Town Square

Does your dog love casual strolls through the neighborhood? The Town Square neighborhood offers the idyllic scenery your dog will love. It's also located just a skip and hop away from some dog-friendly restaurants! Menchie's Frozen Yogurt allows dogs out front in the outside seating area. Menchie's serves frozen yogurt and dairy products made with California milk, which has more protein and calcium than other milk that meets federal standards. Also in the Meadow Knolls neighborhood is Mario's Homemade Style Pizza. At Mario's, you can get all kinds of specialty slices, like the Italian Stallion or Gonzo BLT. They even have Mexican food here!

Fountain Square

Does your dog love luxurious strolls through the park where he can sniff out a million new smells? Fountain Square Park in the Fountain Square neighborhood is just the place for him! The 7.82-acre park has a pedestrian trail for on-leash walking and plenty of space for thrilling games of fetch. After a day in the park, it's time for dinner! No better place for the whole family — four-legged ones included — than Mugs Pizza & Ribs. Mugs is right off Schaumburg Road. You can get chicken prepared any way you like it, with enough Chicago deep stuffed pizza to keep the family full for days!

Pembroke

Is your doggo born to run...off-leash? Then he'll love Hawk Hollow Park in the Pembroke neighborhood. Hawk Hollow is an off-leash dog park with three multi-purpose trails leading to other trails in Mallard Lake and West Branch forest preserves. There are two fenced-in areas for dogs to ruff-house, but don't worry — aggressive dogs haven't been a problem at Hawk Hollow. The preserve requires an easily acquired permit for your dog to walk off-leash. Also, remember to bring water and a bowl for your dogs to drink. Other than that, your dogs will be howling at the Hollow!

Medinah

Is your dog a Blackhawks fan? There's no pet-friendlier place than the Snuggery Schaumburg. Here, you'll find an 'alumni club pizza pub' that welcomes friends of both species -- human and doggo! The Snuggery is now called the Alumni Club, but many locals still call it the Snuggery. There are daily specials and daily double happy hours. The Snuggery has twists on America bar food that are mouthwateringly delicious, like 3 Meat & Heat or a Bucket of Ribs! Remember to bring a leash and water bowl for your pooch.
