The community of Twelve Mile includes a church, some commercial establishments, single-family homes, and a park. You'll find some country roads here where you can go for a walk or jog with your pooch. There's a pawesome park located in the northeast corner of the neighborhood. Bring Spot here to play some frisbee in the open spaces or to take a few laps on the path that loops around the ballfield. After you enjoy some fresh air and exercise with your furry pal, share a picnic in the park. Dogs are permitted if they're on a leash. Make sure you bring waste bags.

Miami Bend

About 11.5 miles southwest of Twelve Mile, you'll find Miami Bend. This residential neighborhood offers a quiet road by the Wabash River that you can use to take a stroll with your canine companion. When you want to get away with your pup, head to Tall Sycamore Campground off South County Road 600. This facility offers wireless internet, RV hookups, and primitive sites on the Wabash River. Enjoy a night or weekend under the stars with your fur baby. Dogs are welcome to accompany you here as long as you keep them under your control. Remember to clean up your pet's waste.

High Street

In the High Street area of Logansport, there are single-family homes and a few apartment complexes. The streets here have sidewalks where you can take a daily stroll with your special pal. For a change of venue, head to Spencer Park, located off Lindsay Drive. This facility has open areas that are dotted with shade trees, benches, and tables. Play on the lawn with your pooch, then enjoy a picnic in the park together. You can bring dogs as long as they're kept on a leash and you immediately pick up any droppings. Spencer Park is about 11.6 miles southwest of Twelve Mile.

South Logansport

South Logansport includes a church, an elementary school, and residential streets. There are some sidewalks in the area that you and Fido can use for a daily walk. To treat your pooch to some green space, head to Fairview Park off Biddle Street. This facility has some baseball diamonds, open field, and playgrounds. Play fetch with Fido or grab a picnic at one of the tables here. Dogs are allowed to join you as long as they're on a leash and under control. Bring waste bags to pick up any messes. This neighborhood is located just 14 miles southwest of town.

West Ottowa

The neighborhood around West Ottowa Street includes some small businesses, private residences, and an elementary school. You can walk along the sidewalks in this area with your four-footed pal. For a pawtastic hike, head to the River Bluff Trail. The multi-use pathway stretches for 1.3 miles from Michigan Avenue to Davis Road. There's an additional 1.1 mile spur that heads north to the Hervey Preserve. Jog by the Wabash River or explore nature with your furry friend. You're welcome to bring dogs that are on a leash. Bring water and waste bags with you for your outing. West Ottowa is 12.9 miles southwest of Twelve Mile.
