Sunset Hills

Sunset Hills is located seven miles north of Murphy., and this neighborhood is home to Kitun Dog Park. This two-acre pooch paradise is fully fenced-in for off-leash exercise and fun. Small dogs can safely play in their own space, which is separate from the area for larger dogs.  During spring, the grass is thick and green at Kitun. Sweet smells of natural grass and dirt add to a dog's enjoyment. A few pieces of agility equipment add bonus fun for your dog. The drinking fountains in the park are made for both you and your pup, allowing both of you to stay hydrated. Shaded spots keep human companions happy. Picking up any mess your dog makes is a snap, as waste stations are placed around the dog park. Visitors must register their dogs with the city and must pay a small fee.

Kirkwood City Limits

Kirkwood is located nine miles north of Murphy. This journey is worth it when it includes a visit to the Treecourt Unleashed Dog Adventure Park!  This country club for canines has nine fully fenced-in acres for off-leash socializing and exercise. Small dogs have their own territory, too. This dog park has all the amenities you could possibly want. Human companions can sit on benches surrounded by trees. A walking path around the property is a pleasant way for people to see pups play with their new, furry friends. In the summer, there are water activities for the dogs. This is a privately-owned dog park, so membership and temperament testing are required before you're allowed in.

Arnold City Limits

Arnold is ten miles east of Murphy. Its two dog parks are the highlight of many local dogs' lives. Arnold has the area's only free public dog parks, and they're identical. The first is located in the Arnold City Park, and the second is in Ferd B. Lang Park. These are fully fenced-in, large fields for dogs to play off-leash. Small dogs have a separate area for themselves.  Water is available on-site, so you don't need to worry about your dog getting dehydrated. Waste stations are stocked with ample supplies of doggy waste bags. The parks also have numerous places for human companions to take a break under a shady tree. Outside the dog parks, the main parks offer many walking paths for a bit of exercise as a twosome, but your dog will need to be on the leash there.

Ballwin

Ballwin is located ten miles north of Murphy. St. Louis County's Queeny Park features a five-acre, fully fenced-in dog park for off-leash play and exploration. A separate play area is maintained for small dogs, too. This dog park has trees, plants, a creek, and a lake. People can sit on benches or station themselves at the pavilion, where Wi-Fi is available. This dog park has four pieces of agility equipment for some extra training or just for experimentation. Waste disposal stations remind people to clean up after their pup.  This dog park is operated by St. Louis County., and registration is required to use the dog park. A small fee is charged to use this park.

St Louis Hills

St. Louis Hills is seventeen miles north of Murphy. Southwest City Dog Park gives dogs over an acre of land to run around and meet some new canine buddies. This dog park is fully fenced-in with a separate enclosure for small dogs. Water is available for everyone at the dog park, including pup parents. People can find shaded benches to relax on while watching their pup have some fun. Summertime means kiddie pools, and your dog can enjoy them, too; they have a splashin', pawesome time!  This dog park is maintained by the St. Louis Hills Homeowner's Association. Registration is required before visiting, and a fee is charged.
