Old 3C Hwy
Take your pup out on a hike along the Galena Brick Trail/ Ohio to Erie Trail. This dogtastic trail is a whopping 271.9-miles long, spanning fourteen counties in Ohio. The trail surface is a mixture of asphalt, concerte, and crushed stone making it a little easier for you pup to hike along. The trail will take you along the Ohio River and all the way to Lake Erie in Cleveland if you follow the entire path. Hike as much or as little as you like. Make sure to keep your pup on a leash the entire time you are hiking, and don't forget clean-up bags.36

Mariposa Drive
Head out to McNamara Park for a fun afternoon out with your dog. The park sits along the water, perfect for a water loving pup. There is a playground, picnic area, and restrooms inside of the park, plus a great grass area for fetch. Your dog will love walking on the paved path that goes throughout the park, which is also lined with benches for a rest. There trail is usually frequented by wild aninals, so make sure to keep your dog on a leash when you are hiking, and don't forget to bring water. Located in Sunbury, and only two miles out of Galena, your dog will love hiking this trail.
