The beautiful Bull Run neighborhood is home to two parks that welcome dogs on-leash. If you want to walk through a peaceful forest, head to Caldwell Nature Park. Here, you and your dog can go for a leisurely stroll on the 100-acre park’s unpaved nature trail. If you’d rather go for a walk along the Cumberland River, head to Bull Run Recreation Area. This park has a lovely trail that goes along the river and through a wooded area. If you want to have lunch in the park, Bull Run has charcoal grills you can use to make burgers for you and your pup. This dog park is 34 miles from Ashland City, and it has separate fenced areas for large and small dogs.
