The Bay View Park has spectacular vistas east across Lake Michigan and north to the city of Milwaukee. The beach here is kept clean by an amazing group of volunteers, so when visiting with your dog, make sure you pick up any mess. There is a great trail to walk or run with your pup along the lakeshore and through the grassed area. A water fountain is available on site, but bring a drinking bowl for your four-legged companion. If you are looking for a longer trek, keep heading north along the trail past Texas Rock to visit the adjoining parks further up the beach.36

Cudahy - Northeast
Just south of Saint Francis in Cudahy is a beautiful park on the banks of Lake Michigan, known as Sheridan Park. The paved Oak Leaf Trail winds through this park and down to the lake, where you can enjoy the lush green grass and enjoy views out over the lake. There is also a playground and picnic areas, making for a perfect family day out. Bring your water, drinking bowl for pup and clean up bags. There is plenty of parking here, and a couple of little lakes to check out. See if you can find the Patrick Cudahy Statue on your travels!24
