Sitting midway between the Atlantic coast and North Atlantic Avenue are the Jefferson Townhomes, consisting of four integrated homes. As a residential area, the housing spaces are a blend of small condos, townhouses, and single-family homes. Being in the middle of the area helps keep things a little more peaceful than in many other spots in town. Living here also puts you two blocks from the City Center Park complex that covers two full blocks.
While the area might be peaceful, the one thing it doesn't have is much in the way of shopping or dining opportunities. There are a couple of convenience stores and a restaurant or two, but not much else. Here in Cape Canaveral, the best shopping can be found on the West Cocoa Beach Causeway. You can also find a Winn-Dixie supermarket, a small shopping center, and several restaurants. If you take the causeway over to Merritt Island, there is even a Walmart Supercenter and the Merritt Island Mall.
