There is one road into the community, Indian Village Trails, that leads to River Falls Drive which ends in a cul-de-sac. Whether the houses sit on the small lake or the river, they are all waterfront in one way or another. Those on the river or the canal have docks for boats and fishing.
One issue with living this far south is that there isn't much in the way of shopping opportunities. While this might sound like a problem, in reality, it's only a few minutes to the nearest grocery stores on both sides of the Minuteman Causeway. Alternatively, you can cruise north to the West Cocoa Beach Causeway where there is a small shopping center and a Winn-Dixie supermarket where you can find food for everyone in your family.

However, since there are no sidewalks available, you'll want to exercise caution as you'll be restricted to sharing the roads with passing vehicles.
For basic walks, staying in the triangle should provide enough exercise, but if you want to go for distance, you can walk east to A1A where there is a cement path that runs through the entire city.
