Chrysler Park Beach

Chrysler Park Beach is a park and beach area located on the St. Clair River in Marysville, Michigan. Chrysler Park Beach is a perfect spot to bring your doggo on a hot summer's day. This beach is great for kids as it has lots of fun things to keep them occupied. 

Whether you're headed to the beach for a fun-packed holiday weekend like Labor Day or just a summer day, this beach has all that you could want or need.

Want to pack some hot dogs and burgers for some classic summer barbecue on the water? Well, Chrysler Park Beach is the perfect spot with its many picnic tables and permitted barbecue grills. Just past the sand, there is a large park area with tons of grass and shade, which makes it very accommodating for your doggo! 

Play fetch with your pooch or just sit back and relax in the grass. There is also a beautiful gazebo on the beach that attracts many freight-watchers during the summer months. Pack some cold drinks and good food to watch these huge vessels pass by! You can even reserve the gazebo in two-hour blocks from Friday to Sunday for any special occasion that calls you there.

In terms of water activities, both swimming and fishing are permitted. This is also a very popular sport to go "birding," so keep an eye out for some of our unique and beautiful friends of the sky.

Chrysler Park Beach not only has restrooms, a playground, grassy area, and a gazebo, but it also has a concession stand in case you didn't pack enough food for the day. Or, if you want to fish and eat your catch, there is even a fish cleaning station available on site. 

There's no explicit leash policy for your doggos, but it's important to be mindful of where your dog is at all times while spending time there. Also, remember to bring your own poop bags and clean up after your canine companion so that this beach stays pup-friendly for years to come!
