The other Salinas Park is located immediately across the street and offers better parking for those planning to enjoy some time at the beach. Just be sure to keep your favorite furry friend on a leash to keep the local paw patrol away! This pawsitively awesome beach offers lots of great things for you to do, and best of all, your best canine pal can join the fun too! Fancy a bit of a stroll? Why not leash up your pooch and head out along the boardwalk where you can get in a bit of a workout before hitting the waves? If swimming is more what you had in mind, the calm ocean waters await you and your favorite pooch too! 

Among the other doggone great activities you and Fido can enjoy at Salinas Park are picnicking, horseback riding, walking, swimming, and water sports. Find yourself fancying a snack? Why not grill up a treat or two on the on-site barbecues? Don't forget to throw an extra sausage or two in the cooler for Fido too! No beach bag would be complete without bottled water, and while you're at it, throw in a few extra cleanup bags in case you might need them. Bathrooms are available on the premises for paw-blic use.
