The Alaskan Anglers RV Park is a dog-friendly, Alaskan wilderness park that's great for RVs, but is also open to folks who just want to camp in cabins! The camp spots and cabins have modern showers, flushing toilets, wide and level sites, free wifi (which, honestly is a surprise), and the area's only satellite park cable (that's right, you can still watch your favorite shows way out there in the bush!).Â
This is the ideal spot for people and doggos who are looking to fish, clam, and explore, because you're able to rent the gear right there (you'll even have access to on-site fish and clam cleaning stations as well as RV and Boat washing stations and sites to dump!). What's even better? This campground will take care of your fish and FedEx them back home for your convenience.Â
This 8-acre RV park in the heart of Ninilchik Alaska is entirely pet-friendly, too. While there are no written-in-stone rules for you and your dog, you'll need to ensure that you're keeping your pup under control no matter what (so, if this means that you need to keep your dog leashed, then you need to keep your dog leashed).Â
This campground provides you with options. They have laundry, a gift shop, 52 full hook-up sites, 7 tent camping sites, and 70 total RV sites. There are a few negatives, though. You will not have access to any pull through sites, you'll have to ensure that your dog is always on his or her best behavior, and the drive to and from the campground is said to be relatively treacherous.
