Alpine Trails RV Park -- aptly named for its convenient access to multiple Jeep, ATV, horseback riding, and backpacking trails -- is located in beautiful South Fork, Colorado. Whether you want to bring your RV, camp out in a tent, or rent a cabin to get away from it all, this park has everything you and Fido need for an excellent vacation.
Forty-two full hookup RV sites, with 5 pull-through sites, are available for your convenience at a daily rate of $36 for two people, with discounts for extended stays. Cabin rentals are $120 per night for two people, with higher rates on holidays. Regardless of how you camp, there is an additional $2.00 per person per night fee for anyone over the age of 16.Â
Although the park is pet-friendly, there are no specific areas designed for pups. However, there are regular policies enforced, such as keeping Fido on a leash any time they are out of your vehicle and cleaning up after any messes you both make.
Amenities include access to a large rec hall, a local fire pit that is used in the evenings when there is no fire ban in session, bathrooms with hot showers, and laundry facilities.
On-site entertainment includes wifi availability, multiple recreational game areas like horseshoes and pickleball, and planned activities throughout the year.Â
However, should you prefer to expand your experience to include the surrounding areas, you and Fido can enjoy the many hiking trails that abound through this gorgeous scenic environment. There are also kayaking, canoeing, boating, and fishing opportunities along the famous Rio Grande River within a ten-mile radius.
The unique mixture of mountain and valley ecosystems that encompass the Alpine Trails RV Park make for a beautiful stay. You and Fido will love getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily life during your visit to Colorado at the Alpine Trails RV Park.
