Description

Drive off the highway right into Asheville Bear Creek RV Park and be fully hooked up with electricity (30/50), sewer, and water plus complimentary WI-Fi and Cable TV.  The park features 130 asphalt sites with established trees for shade and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains - referred to by locals as The Land of The Sky in reference to a novel published in the 1800’s highlighting the magnificent mountains of North Carolina

RVers can look forward to well-kept bathrooms with two laundries and a heated swimming pool open from May through to September. A camp store offers supplies while clubrooms are available to hire. The RV sites are cozy and some have a slight incline from the road, but in general are level with grass either side of the paved area. There is some noise from the interstate depending on the site you have as the park is tiered with the top level getting the best views. Peak times at the park are between the months of July and October.

Each site has a picnic table and there are areas to pitch a tent but no campfires are permitted at the park. Great news if you want to bring your fluffy pup, as the park is pet-friendly but requires pooches to be on a leash and their guardians to clean up after them. The park rules ask owners not to walk their woofers on or around other campsites, buildings, or the pool area. Dogs must be supervised at all times and should never be left on their own. This makes for a happy camp where dogs can join in the vacation fun with their families.

If you’re looking to visit the city of Asheville with its classy mix of Art Deco, Gothic, and Spanish architecture, this popular RV Park is a convenient stop over or a place to stay on a monthly basis. Around 5 miles from the park is Biltmore House, a historic French-themed chateau built as a country home in the late 1890's and today a time-honored tourist attraction.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
