Friendly Beaver Campground

If you're visiting the New Boston area and you'd like to switch things up a bit, Friendly Beaver Campground lets guests enjoy their vacation away from traditional hotels. This facility accommodates all kinds of guests and has modern amenities to suit the needs of any camper -- be they two- or four-legged!

With close to 500 campsites, you're sure to find a spot to set up your gear! But keep in mind that with this number of lots, the sites are fairly close together and privacy is limited. Some guests stay year-round, while others simply pop their tent up for a night and head on their way -- all are welcome at Friendly Beaver! The restrooms and showers are kept clean, and a dump station, camp store, and a laundry room are all accessible on-site.

If you're looking for a great deal, this place may not be for you, as rates for basic lots begin at $48 per night and only go up from there. However, discounts are offered for those planning on staying a week, a month, or for the entire season. Any guests to the park must pay a $7 entrance fee to visit you at your site.

You'll be happy to know that with your camping fee you gain access to three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and two large halls where many activities are planned. If you're wanting fun in the sun, there is a baseball field on the property along with horseshoe pits. Make sure you plan your stay over a weekend so that you can enjoy breakfast at the Beaver Hut Cafe -- the campground's own little eatery! 

Pooches are welcome on all sites apart from the cabins, but they must stay on-leash throughout their visit. Also, remember to be a good pet parent and properly clean up after your doggo wherever you go!
