You're totally welcome to bring your dog, as we noted above, however, there are a few campground specific rules that are in place not only to keep the campground well taken care, but also to protect you, your dog, and fellow campers from dangerous wildlife (it is Alaska, after all). Your dog must be incredibly well-behaved, friendly, and quiet - dogs who are not might be asked to leave the campground area.Â
The Rv park and tent areas both allow dogs, but you and your pup will not be able to camp in the RV area during the winter as this section is closed. However, tent camping will be open to you and your dog during the winter. The campground requests that you clean up after your dog at all times. There is a designated area to walk your pup at the campground, and the the campground requests that you keep your dog leashed at all times!
