Nestled in Idaho's Snake River Valley, Hagerman RV Village is a 60-site campground that can accommodate large RVs and tents. For those not bringing their own accommodation, camper cabins are also available.
The grassy RV sites start from $35 a day and all offer full hookups to 20, 30, and 50 amp electricity. Most of these sites are 75 feet long and the roads through the campground are nice and wide, so this park is designed with big rigs in mind. That said, sites may be a little too close together for some tastes.
There's a number of mature trees around to provide decent shade, and because the village is a little way off the Interstate, there's no need to worry about traffic noise disturbing the peace. Free Wi-Fi is included but unfortunately, there's no cable TV. The restrooms and showers, like the rest of the campground, are clean and well-kept, and there's a small playground for kids.
If you'd prefer to stay in a cabin, Hagerman RV Village offers a few options:
Please note that pets are welcome in cabins but there's an additional charge of $5 per pet, per night. Dogs are also permitted on all sites, but they must be leashed at all times and you'll need to dispose of their waste in the trash cans in front of the office. Pets also aren't allowed in the playground or on the sites of other campers.
No matter which direction you're heading on Interstate 84, Hagerman RV Village offers a peaceful place to stop and rest for a night or two. Or if you're planning on taking your time, there are plenty of sights nearby that are worth checking out, including Balanced Rock, hot springs, Billingsley Creek State Park, and scenic views of the Snake River Canyon.
If you're ever traveling through this part of Idaho and need a place to stay, keep Hagerman RV Village in mind.
