Kampfires Campground, Inn & Entertainment

Visit Kampfires Campground Inn & Entertainment, located in Brattleboro, Vermont, to experience an unforgettable camping adventure. At Kampfires, you'll find both entertainment and amenities that are sure to please any camper.

Kampfires Campground offers guests a variety of accommodations including tent or pop-up trailer sites, RV sites, and rooms rentals which are similar to a B&B. Each room within the Inn comes with a private bathroom, sleeping quarters, and outside access where you'll find a fire pit and BBQ grill. The only catch with rooms is they're not dog-friendly.

If you're bringing Fido along on this vacation, you'll be looking to stay at the tent or RV sites. Tent and pop-up trailers camp on the same sites, which are spacious wooded sites, some of which come with water and electric services (20 and 30 amp). In total, there are only 6 tent sites, so be sure to book in advance. Premium RV sites are offered with all hookups available, including sewage, and can accommodate rigs up to 75 feet long! Both RV and tent sites are pet-friendly, as long as you follow the rules of the campground. Day passes are available but prices vary depending on the amenities being used. Rates for nightly stays begin at $36.

Rules for dogs are straightforward and include tidying up after your pup and keeping them on a leash that's no longer than 6 feet in length at all times. Dogs are not to be left unattended, tied to trees, or left outside overnight. Please remember to bring proof of vaccinations, especially a rabies shot. You're also asked to keep your pup from entering buildings, the pool area, mini golf course, or from being near the ice cream stand.  There's a fee of $2 a day per dog. Aside from that, have fun, relax, and enjoy the campground with your pooch. 

All campers have access to the abundance of amenities found at Kampfires Campground. There's a pool, mini golf course, games room and playground in addition to planned activities, hiking trails, and sports such as shuffleboard. Kampfires also has a recreation hall and ice cream stand, which are guest favorites. Amenities include laundry facilities, hot showers, and a store where you can purchase supplies such as firewood. A perk of the park is the on-site RV service offered for those in need.
