Lake Darling is also a furrific choice for anglers. If you’re bringing a boat, there are two boat ramps you can use to launch into the lake. Boats are also available to rent from the park’s boathouse. You can also try your luck catching bullheads, bluegills, and largemouth bass from the lakeshore. At the end of the day, you and your pup can relax at your campsite and enjoy views of the lake. If you get cold, you can build a fire in your campsite’s campfire ring.
