Monroe Creek Campground & RV Park

Monroe Creek Campground and RV Park is located in Weiser, Idaho. It has 53 spaces available and allows RVs, tent camping, and even folding tent campers. This campground is dog-friendly, but there are some restrictions.

As far as the campground goes, there are lots of trees and green grass with some small foothills in the distance. There doesn’t appear to be a bustling city right next to the site too. So, hopefully, it’s pretty quiet. There are restrooms and showers available, but it doesn’t say anything about fire rings. However, there is firewood for purchase on site. Several of the slots on site offer full hookups, as well as water and electric-only sites. Monroe also has laundry facilities, LP bottles, RV storage, RV supplies, and even onsite RV service! As for outdoor amenities that are on site, there is a pavilion, Monroe Creek, horseshoes, a playground, and fishing. Speaking of fishing, if you enjoy getting out and doing more than just hanging around the campground, there is fishing, hunting, watersports, ATV riding, kayaking, mountain biking, and more nearby. So, you definitely won’t be bored!

Keep in mind that this site does appear to have a few rules about the number of pets you bring with you, and the site does not give any details about leash rules. So, to be safe, call ahead and check on how many pooches you can bring along if you have more than one. Also be sure to bring your doggo’s leash in case there are leash regulations. It’s always nice to bring your dog’s bedding, food, and toys to help them feel more comfortable. Please also be sure to bring poop bags and pick up after Fido. No one likes stepping in or smelling dog poop!
