Description

The next time you're looking for a furiffic group campground in New Hampshire, give the Osceola Vista Campground in Waterville Valley a try! The campground allows leashed pets to join their owners, and some sites can accommodate up to 60 people. Located in the White Mountain National Forest, Osceola Vista is positioned near several great hiking trails, as well as stunning mountain peaks and hundreds of thousands of unspoiled forests. Campsites sit on a single loop, and there's a variety of group, standard, and tent-only sites to choose from.

Some standard non-electric sites at Osceola Vista go for $40 a night and can accommodate up to 10 people and two to four vehicles. For groups of 30 to 60 people, sites go for $60 to $80 a night and allow up to ten cars. Your fee includes parking, but if you bring more vehicles than permitted, you'll be subject to an extra cost. Drinking water is available at the campsite, as well as picnic tables and campfire facilities. Campton Campground is ten minutes away, and campers can head there to enjoy a hot shower. That same campground often hosts educational events in the evening, so be sure to keep an eye out for those.

Within minutes of the campground, you'll find pawlenty of recreational activities to keep you busy during your stay. There are more than 80 miles of hiking trails to explore in the White Mountain National Forest, including an easy 1,000-foot, dog-friendly hike known as Pine Flats. In less than eight minutes, you can make it to two different hiking trails that take you above the treeline and offer incredible views. The Waterville Valley Resort is also just minutes away, and you can head there for boat and mountain bike rentals, shopping, restaurants, concerts, and more.

There are a few first-come-first-served sites at Osceola Vista Campground, but most require a reservation. Be sure to bring your printed confirmation and reservation letter when you check in!
