The Shady Acres Campground is a gorgeous little spot in Yuma, Arizona that provides you and your pup with year-round warmth and adventure. 

This 55+ slice of heaven is more than just a campground; it's a community. There are plenty of RV spots available -- many of them with 30 and 50 amps available -- but there are also manufactured homes for rent or purchase at this campground as well. You can expect colorful foliage, desert warmth, pull-through RV spaces with full hook-ups, paved patios, and water, sewer, and electric, too! You'll have access to basic cable, free wifi, shower facilities, washers and dryers, a recreation hall, and more! There are even fun, extra features for you and your friends to enjoy, like horseshoe pits, a shuffleboard court, and lots of activities like pancake breakfasts, jam sessions, Bible study classes, potlucks, bingo, crafts, and more! 

Luckily, your pup is welcome to join you on this desert adventure! Your pooch can be your four-legged companion in most spots in the park, but there are certain rules you'll have to abide by. For starters, you'll need to keep your doggo on their leash at all times -- even at the dog walk (that's right, they have a dog walking section at Shady Acres that your pet is sure to love!). Your doggo must be under your supervision at all times, you must clean up after your pup (you'll need to provide your own dog clean-up bags), and your doggo will have to be on their best behavior at all times. Aggressive, loud dogs will not be tolerated at this park.
