Sourdough Campground & Cafe

Sourdough Campground and Cafe was voted Alaska's "funnest" campground and is a large campground for tents, RVs, and even has a full, delicious cafe on site. It is a popular site and can get crowded, especially during the summertime. 

You will find a ton of amenities and fun activities in this campground. Large RV sites with hookups, padded tent sites, clean restrooms with flushing toilets, hot showers, and a laundry facility will make you feel like you are at home. You also have access to a dump station, free WiFi in most of the park, a car and RV wash, an onsite restaurant and cafe with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a souvenir shop, outside museum, pancake toss every night, and your very own, 7-mile walking, biking, and hiking path throughout the park. You will never run out of activities to partake in at this campground. 

You will find plenty of grassy areas and trees on the site for shade, relaxing, and running around. You can also find a picnic table in the shade as well to enjoy meals outside and in nature. You are more than welcome to build your own fire and firewood is provided at the campground for your convenience. Bring Fido with you as well! They can hike on the 7-mile trail with you as long as they are on a leash. Poop bags are not provided, so you must bring your own so you can pick up after your pup when they are done going to the bathroom. You can discard your used poop bags at the onsite dump station.
