Description

Stallbaumer RV Park, now known as Bailey's RV Resort, is a beautiful getaway for RVers and tent campers looking to visit the sprawling state of Kansas. Right on the main highway, Bailey's opened in 2006 as Stallbaumer's and then was purchased in 2008 by the Bailey family, who kept the park's great reputation going with improved renovations and a new name.

Guests of the park have access to 20 pull-through sites on concrete and 10 back-in sites on gravel with amenities that include, but are not limited to, cable TV, free WiFi, and clean restrooms and showers (which can also be used by non-campers for a fee if you're driving by and just need to freshen up on your way to your next destination).

Conveniences in the park include a laundry room and storm shelter -- the importance of which can't be overlooked for you and your furry traveling companions in the tornado-prone state of Kansas! Toto and Dorothy may have safely made it to Oz in a tornado, but you don't want to take any chances with Fido!

Rates vary depending on how you plan to stay, but the average RVer can expect to pay $35 for a 50-amp site, and a $2 charge for each person over the basic two campers allowed per site. If you want better quality internet for streaming music and movies, that's also available at a nominal fee of $2 per day.

Speaking of streams, there's a private lake on the campground that you can use to fish, enjoy the sunrise or sunset, have a picnic with Fido, and just laze the day away if that's what you like to do.

One thing you'll want to note, though, is that this site is hunter-friendly. There are multiple hunting areas within 20 miles of the campground, and dog pens are available for hunters to keep their four-legged hunting buddies nearby. If you prefer to avoid this kind of environment, you'll want to check ahead to find out when their busiest hunting seasons are.

Kansas may not have wizards and witches, but nearby Seneca does have entertainment for you to enjoy! Visit the local museums, the aquatic center, the golf courses, and local shopping centers for all your needs on your trip.

Whether you're heading through Kansas or it's your final destination, check out Bailey's RV Resort!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
