There are 232 campsites at Sugar Bottom Campground, so you’ll be able to find a site that you like. And there are different types of sites available, so you can choose whichever suits your needs. There are walk-to nonelectric sites, 30-amp sites, 50-amp sites with or without water hookups, and group sites. The primitive walk-to sites are the cheapest, and the group sites are the most expensive; nightly fees range from $14 to $200.

You’ll find lots of things to do in the area around the campground. One of the most popular places to visit nearby is Devonian Fossil Gorge. There, you can find a sea floor that is hundreds of years old; as its name suggests, it is home to all kinds of fossilized remains, which makes for a truly unique experience you can’t find anywhere else! There are a few things you should keep in mind when you’re camping at Sugar Bottom. Note that each campsite can accommodate either two tents or one RV and one tent. Also, please remember to keep your furry friend on a leash under 6 feet at all times.
