The only rules for you to bear in mind while visiting Tucquan Park are to keep your pup on a leash and under control at all times. Your pup is free to travel through and visit all areas of the campground, aside from the pool and playground or any other area with a posted sign indicating no dogs. Remember to bring along dog bags so you can tidy up any waste your pup makes. Also, never leave your pooch unattended for their safety.

Whether you're looking to pitch a tent or sleep in your camper, Tucquan Park has sites that can accommodate the needs of any camper. Tent camping is a family classic, and sites begin at $31 during the off-season and $35 during the peak season. All sites are spacious, including the RV sites. RV campers have the luxury of full hookup services, including water, electric, and sewage. Some sites do have a pull-through, so specify upon reservation if this is something you require. Two different cabin rentals that range in amenities are also offered but unfortunately are not pet-friendly. 

You won't get bored while visiting this campground because there's loads to do! Swim or catch a tan at the in-ground pool. For those wanting to get a taste of Lancaster Country's scenic outdoors, there's an assortment of hiking trails waiting for you to explore at the Tucquan Glen Nature Preserve, right across the road. One moderately easy hiking trail that's 2.5 miles long will lead you and your pooch to a set of railroad tracks, where you'll find an easily manageable dirt road path to take back to where you began. A baseball field and basketball court are also available for sports enthusiasts. Anglers won't be able to get enough of the fishing. Finally, a playground is perfect for the kids to let loose.
