Waterside Campground & RV Park

If you're in search of a camping adventure at a highly acclaimed campground, Waterside Campground and RV Park is right for you! Not only is this campground located right on Pennsylvania's Juniata River, but it also offers guests access to a variety of amenities.

For starters, facilitated events are offered in addition to boat, kayak, and other rental services. There's also swimming in the river and the in-ground heated pool. Basketball courts are available, and there's a designated fishing area that's ideal for anglers. Within the grounds, you'll find a recreation center, video game center, and banquet hall. The nearby walking and biking paths are the perfect way for you and your pup to get some exercise during your stay!

The campground is dog-friendly, so don't leave your pooch at home! You’re asked to keep your pup on a leash at all times and, of course, cleaning up any pet waste they generate.

At Waterside, all campers all welcome. This campground comes equipped to meet the needs of RV campers, tent camping as well as those looking to stay in a cabin. Tent camping guarantees the must rustic experience, as there are no hookups at tent sites. There are, however, picnic tables and fire rings on every site, with a bathhouse located close by. RV sites, on the other hand, all come with full hookups, including water, electric, and sewage. A variety of RV sites are available, including 30 amp hookups that are riverfront or river view, and a separate area for 50 amp services with sites lined with trees. Standard rates for 50-amp sites are $51 a night, and unfortunately, day passes are not offered. Rates start at $30.50 for tent sites and vary based on the type of accommodation that you choose.

If you don't have your own gear, but still want a taste of the outdoors, don't worry -- cabin rentals are available! At Waterside, you can choose between a modern wood cabin and a rustic cabin. Rustic cabins are the most basic, with two bunk beds, air conditioning and heat, and basic electricity, but they are the only rentals that are dog-friendly. The wood cabin comes fully loaded with a kitchen, washroom, and sleeping for up to 6.
