Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this 1.2-acre off-leash dog park sits directly under a highway overpass at the eastern edge of downtown. A 6-foot-high fence surrounds the site to keep all four-legged visitors including jumpers in, so you can rest easy while your pup sniffs and sprints around the area. Your dog will be mingling with canines of all shapes and sizes, as there is no separate section for small woofers. Don't worry if your pooch isn't much of a social barkterfly, though—the park is large enough for shy pups to go off and do their own thing. 

Bark Park Central offers drinking bowls, doggie showers, pet waste stations, shaded areas, and bone-shaped benches. But pawhaps its coolest features are the eclectic dog-themed murals that give the park an artsy, urban feel. They make for pawsome pictures, too, so don't forget to snap a few photos of your pooch striking a pose in front of the artwork!
