My Best Friend's Park (at Klyde Warren Park)

Right in the heart of Dallas, Texan pooches have it made at My Best Friend's Park! Located inside the landscaped Klyde Warren Park, dogs of all sizes can mix and mingle under skyscrapers and a bustling city scene.

Klyde Warren Park is a family friendly spot that's pawfect for the whole pack! Visitors love taking leisurely strolls through the Botanical and Butterfly Gardens, kids love playing in the Children's Park, and the fitness-minded can take in a yoga class on one of the lawns. With open green spaces furbulous for relaxing, food trucks and a restaurant, and so much more, there's something for everyone in this 5-acre oasis. And while your dog will love checking out all the sights on leash, there's nothing better than romping off leash!

Head to the northern section of the park near N. Pearl Street to find the dog park with your fiesty pup. My Best Friend's Park is fully fenced, and features astro-turf hills for dogs to climb. Between the hills, the park is lined in cement, making clean-ups a breeze. There's plenty of water fountains for thirsty pups, and shaded areas to help beat the Dallas heat. And during the summer, there's even water play stations to help keep dogs cool. 

Benches and chairs are scattered throughout the dog park, giving you a place to relax while watching your dog have a blast. Restrooms for the humans can be found in other areas of Klyde Warren Park, while clean-up bags are available to promptly pick up anything dogs may leave behind. As with any dog parks, be sure your dog is fully vaccinated and wearing appropriate tags on their collars before heading here for a day of fun!

While the park itself doesn't offer parking, you can find it nearby in several locations. Just be sure to keep your dog leashed on the way to the park, when entering and exiting the dog park, and anywhere else inside Klyde Warren Park.
