The Brady's Run Dog Park is located in the Brady's Run Park in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. It is a spacious area which has been designated by the local authorities specifically for exercising dogs off their leash. There is a vehicle parking lot close to the off-leash area for your convenience but make sure you keep your dog on his leash until you are completely inside the fenced off-leash area.
This dog park is fully enclosed with chain link fencing and has secure double gated staging areas. There is also a separate section for small dogs under 25 pounds. However, it is not permitted for dogs to be off-leash in any other areas of the main park, including the trails.
The Brady's Run Dog Park is surrounded by woodland, but there are no trees inside the perimeter fence. It is surfaced with natural grass. The off-leash area is very open to the elements and can become muddy after heavy rainfall. Gazebos have been constructed to give shelter to pet owners during hot weather, but there is no shade for dogs.Â
There is a fresh water supply at the dog park, but this is seasonal. It is recommended for pet owners using the facility during the winter months to take bottled water for their dog as the on-site supply is frequently switched off. Pet owners must keep their dog under constant eye contact while in the off-leash area. As it is a large park, owners should ensure their dog responds to voice control.Â
Any dog displaying anti-social or aggressive behavior should be removed from the dog park immediately. All dogs being exercised in the dog park should be licensed with the local authorities and have their vaccinations current. Puppies are not permitted in the off-leash area until they have completed their vaccination cycle.Â
Pet owners are fully responsible for removing all fecal waste produced by their dogs, either in the off-leash area or in the main park. Poop bags are not provided. Owners must carry their own supply and deposit all used bags in the provided trash cans.
