All dogs who enter this park must be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and pre-screened. The park encourages sociable dogs to have access to the entire park, but if you are unsure of how your dog will interact with others, it is possible he will have restricted access to the park.
The park suggests visiting at off-peak hours if you and Fido are new to the park scene. If any dog is aggressive, the park may not let him return and may not issue a refund. If you are not quite sure of how your dog will behave, you should contact C.M. Dog Training before trying out the park.
After school and work seem to be the height of social hour for the pups. The park is busiest during weekdays from late afternoon through early evening. But get an early start on Saturday and Sunday because the park becomes busy by 9:30 a.m. Come equipped with bags; everyone must clean up after their dog, but it is also suggested for park visitors to keep an eye out for forgotten droppings to keep the park clean.
While this park is intended for C.M. Dog Training clients, it is located only ten minutes from the Walcott Truck Stop and C.M. welcomes truck drivers and their four-legged friends to come down. For a small visitor's fee, you and Fido can stretch your legs and enjoy some fresh air. That agility equipment would be great for him after a long drive! You must email or contact the park in advance to secure arrangements and possibly a ride to and from the truck stop.
