The Couch Park Off-Leash Dog Area is an off-leash dog park in Portland, Oregon. One of Portland's designated off-leash areas for exercising dogs it is located in the city's Couch Park. The off-leash area boundaries are marked by large signposts which are clearly visible. Exercising a dog off-leash in any other part of the park is classed as a violation of park rules.

Poop bag dispensers are installed on the boundary signage of the Couch Park Off-Leash Dog Area, but bag supplies are often depleted. The best idea is for pet owners to take a few with them just in case as picking up poop without a bag can be quite unpleasant. Not having a poop bag is not a good enough excuse for leaving poop on the ground.
